กางเกงคนท้อง pantip width='250px' align='left' /> | Fri Dec 16, 2016 | 11:02am EST Tennessee inmates steal deputy's car, flee jail; two on the run Four inmates escaped an eastern Tennessee jail early on Friday by overpowering deputies and fleeing in an officer's vehicle, and two are still on the run, the sheriff said. The inmates assaulted the deputies as one of them, Adam Lethco, 24, was being treated for an injury at the Jefferson County Work House in Dandridge. They stole the keys to a deputy's car and fled just after midnight, Sheriff G.W. "Bud" ชุดคลุมท้อง McCoig said in a statement. The stolen vehicle, a black Chevrolet, was found abandoned near Sevierville, about 20 miles east of Knoxville. Deputies from Sevier and Jefferson counties captured two of the escapees, McCoig said. Lethco and inmate Matthew Porter, 27, remain on the run. They were described as wearing white shirts and black-and-white striped pants. Lethco was serving a sentence for burglary and theft, McCoig said.

The study drew on a sample of some 4,200 pregnant women and children in the Netherlands. Based on the growing body of research linking gestational vitamin D deficiency with altered brain development, this common exposure is a candidate modifiable risk factor for autism-spectrum disorders (ASD) and autism-related traits, the team writes in their finds published through the journal Molecular Psychiatry. The association between gestational vitamin D deficiency and a continuous measure of autism-related traits at [about] 6 years was determined in a large population-based cohort of mothers and their children. We would not recommend more sun exposure, because of the increased risk of skin cancer in countries like Australia. Instead, its feasible that a safe, inexpensive, and publicly accessible vitamin D supplement in at-risk groups may reduce the prevalence of this risk factor. Just as taking folate in pregnancy has reduced the incidence of spina bifida, the result of this study suggests that prenatal Vitamin D supplements may reduce the incidence of autism, McGrath stated, according to the University of Queenslands Brain Institute. There are likely dozens, if not hundreds, of different mechanisms that can lead to autism, Professor Andrew Whitehouse of the Telethon Kids Institute added, notes The Guardian. Now this study gives us an inkling of one possible mechanism but before we think about anything we need to see a replication of this finding. What we know is that vitamin D during pregnancy is very important for how the baby develops. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Autism occurs in about one in 68 children, and is 4.5 times more likely in men than women.

Science News Infections during pregnancy have a negative impact upon maternal care, can trigger depression in child Date: Medical University of Vienna Summary: A viral infection in a pregnant woman not only affects her subsequent ability to provide maternal care but can also trigger depression in her offspring, which can then even extend into the next generation as a result of changes to genetic mechanisms in the brain. This is the central finding of a transgenerational study conducted at MedUni Vienna in collaboration with the Division of Neurophysiology and Neuropharmacology (Daniela Pollak) and the Division of Neonatology and Paediatric Critical Care (Angelika Berger), which has now been published in the leading journal Brain, Behaviour and Immunity. The researchers were able to ชุดคลุมท้อง ประตูน้ํา demonstrate the following effects in the mouse model: 1.) stimulation of the immune system, comparable with a viral infection in the pregnant mother, results in diminished maternal behaviour towards her offspring after birth. 2.) this results in the tendency for offspring to develop depression and 3.) that daughters in their turn are less maternal towards their own offspring, even if they suffer no infection, so that the next generation is also more likely to develop depression. "We were therefore able to show that there is a transgenerational effect and that epigenetic changes occur in the brain," explains Daniela Pollak, who, together with her team, is generally concerned with identifying the neurobiological bases of psychiatric illnesses, particularly depression and anxiety disorders. Although epigenetic changes do not involve any change in the actual DNA sequence of the individual in question, changes due to external influences -- such as the lack of maternal care in this case -- take the form of changes in DNA methylation (modulation of the basic building blocks of the genetic material of a cell) or histone acetylation (modulation of the histone proteins). Says Pollak: "This brings about a change in the regulatory mechanisms, how the genes are read." This leads to a permanent behavioural change or development of a mental illness. Additional studies are now required to clarify the causality -- for example, whether infection of the mother in itself affects the baby's brain and is responsible for development of depression -- and also what exactly happens in the mother's brain during infection. Further studies will even look at the father's behaviour. Story Source:
